These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 23phsky ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 23phsky online gaming platform available at https://23phsky.app ("the Platform").

You must notify 23phsky immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
23phsky is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents at any time, and particularly before your first withdrawal is processed:
Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by 23phsky may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your account.
23phsky accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. 23phsky does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and may trigger an account review.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. 23phsky aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
23phsky reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the 23phsky Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a payment is received in a different currency, it will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the Player.
23phsky does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency, prepaid cards not registered to the account holder, or any anonymous payment method. All payment methods must be traceable to the verified account holder.
23phsky offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
23phsky actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting errors or loopholes in promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, 23phsky reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it, and close the account.
Promotions are available to eligible players only. 23phsky reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where the player has previously been found to have engaged in bonus abuse or where the player's account is under review.
All games available on the 23phsky Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
23phsky uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 23phsky will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 23phsky cannot guarantee the continuity of any game session and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
Bets placed and accepted are final. 23phsky reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed in a manner that constitutes a breach of these Terms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 23phsky Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

The 23phsky name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 23phsky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
23phsky's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 23phsky makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 23phsky customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 23phsky may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as permitted by applicable regulations. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. The account balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 23phsky Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 23phsky informally by contacting our customer support team. 23phsky will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
23phsky operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
23phsky reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 23phsky will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
